Good Chelsea backpack

I grabbed a Chelsea Backpack for my trip. It got here pretty quick, like 4 days. It's a nice size, fits my laptop and some other stuff easily. Happy with it.

Nice bags, delivery was slow

I bought the Stamford Medium Suitcase and a Chelsea Toiletry Bag. The quality of both items is really good, the suitcase feels robust and the toiletry bag is quite spacious and well-made. I like the design a lot, it looks sleek. However, the delivery took closer to 10 days, which felt a bit long, especially since I needed it for a trip soon after. I had to follow up with customer service once, and they were polite but couldn't really speed things up. It arrived just in time, but it was a bit stressful. Value for money is there, but they could improve on shipping speed.

Clifton Set is Solid

I ordered the Clifton Set of 3 for an upcoming family vacation. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I received an email confirmation almost immediately.
